Polar Camel 10 oz. Stainless Steel Sippy Cups

Polar Camel Sippy Cups are 10 oz. double wall insulated powder coated cups featuring removable handles, a silicone boot, and spill proof lid.

The screw on lid features a hard plastic spout with a rubber leak proof valve.

The cup can be used with or without the heavy-duty plastic handles that attach to the lid.

They offer plenty of space for personalization and can be taken apart for easy cleaning.

The plastic lid may need an occasional deep cleaning.

This product can only be customized with images in the following format(s):

• Vectorized image files: .svg, .ai, .eps, .pdf
• Bitmap image files: .png (high res w/transparent background is ideal), .jpg, .pdf

If you are placing an order that requires a change in text from item to item, simply follow these steps to save yourself time while personalizing your order:

1. Set up the order quantity
2. Click 'Customize' to set a design layout for the entire group of products.
3. Set the design how you want each product to appear (font, logo/design elements, etc)
4. Add the product to the cart.
5. Once the order has been placed, simply send an email to sales@craftworksnw.com with the list of text changes for the order, and the quantities of items in the order that get each text variant!

Please keep in mind that any change or alteration made to any Major Design Element* in the personalization will still require a separte design to be created through the customizer, but as long as the design layout that you create is just getting a simple text change, we can facilitate that on our end as we are setting up your job!

*Major Design Elements are:

• Logos
• Images
• Fonts
• Text Shapes/Effects

Changing, or altering elements is considered:

• Orientation
• Position
• Size
• Placement
• Adding/Subtracting

If you are considering placing a large order, but aren't quite sure you want to commit to it until you see the product in person first, we can help simplify that decision through our Bulk Order Guarantee!

How it works:

1. Set your design and place an Initial Order for the product(s) you want to receive. 
2. Once your Initial Order arrives, if you want to commit to the Bulk Order, simply set the order for the quantity you actually want.
3. Enter "Bulk Order Guarantee, Order #XXXX" in the Order Notes, or via email to sales@craftworksnw.com.
   • Order #XXXX would be your Initial Order number.
4. We will then issue a refund to your Initial Order to retroactively match the bulk order unit pricing that you receive with the larger order.

5. If certain criteria is met, then the shipping charges on your Initial Order will also be refunded.

   • Shipping refunds under this program are only available when the following criteria is met:
     • The Initial Order was shipped under basic/economy/ground service.
     • The Bulk Order qualifies for Free Shipping.
     • The Bulk Order is $179.00 (USD), or higher.
