Regal Gift Boxes have three layers of foam that can be laser cut to fit your items.

Foam can be laser cut to custom fit many products (including non-Craftworks items, additional charges apply).

They come in 3 different sizes.

Foam cutting services: Products sold by Craftworks NW

If your purchase of this gift box is going to be used for any of our products, we will laser-cut the foam insert to fit the item, free of charge*!

• Setup charges: None
• Service fee*: Free if gift box is within the same order as the item being cut, otherwise $9.99 per cut (when purchased separately).
• Volume discount: 50% on quantities of 50+ (only applicable if being purchased separately from the product the foam is being cut for.

Foam cutting services: Products not sold by Craftworks NW

• Setup charges: $49.99 per variant
• Service fee: $9.99 per box
• Volume discounts: 50% on quantities of 100+ units

• Additional information for non-Craftworks NW products:
  • Photographs of the item(s) to be cut will be required.
  • Photo requirement details will be communicated after your order.
  • Invoices will be modified with the applicable charges (after your order for the gift boxes has been placed) and sent back to you to collect the remaining balance.

If you are placing an order that requires a change in text from item to item, simply follow these steps to save yourself time while personalizing your order:

1. Set up the order quantity
2. Click 'Customize' to set a design layout for the entire group of products.
3. Set the design how you want each product to appear (font, logo/design elements, etc)
4. Add the product to the cart.
5. Once the order has been placed, simply send an email to sales@craftworksnw.com with the list of text changes for the order, and the quantities of items in the order that get each text variant!

Please keep in mind that any change or alteration made to any Major Design Element* in the personalization will still require a separte design to be created through the customizer, but as long as the design layout that you create is just getting a simple text change, we can facilitate that on our end as we are setting up your job!

*Major Design Elements are:

• Logos
• Images
• Fonts
• Text Shapes/Effects

Changing, or altering elements is considered:

• Orientation
• Position
• Size
• Placement
• Adding/Subtracting

If you are considering placing a large order, but aren't quite sure you want to commit to it until you see the product in person first, we can help simplify that decision through our Bulk Order Guarantee!

How it works:

1. Set your design and place an Initial Order for the product(s) you want to receive. 
2. Once your Initial Order arrives, if you want to commit to the Bulk Order, simply set the order for the quantity you actually want.
3. Enter "Bulk Order Guarantee, Order #XXXX" in the Order Notes, or via email to sales@craftworksnw.com.
   • Order #XXXX would be your Initial Order number.
4. We will then issue a refund to your Initial Order to retroactively match the bulk order unit pricing that you receive with the larger order.

5. If certain criteria is met, then the shipping charges on your Initial Order will also be refunded.

   • Shipping refunds under this program are only available when the following criteria is met:
     • The Initial Order was shipped under basic/economy/ground service.
     • The Bulk Order qualifies for Free Shipping.
     • The Bulk Order is $179.00 (USD), or higher.
